Today, democracy is under threat and trust in government is at historically low levels. Nevertheless, there are bright spots emerging across America that show us how governments can leverage citizen engagement and tech to give the public a greater voice in problem solving today and into the future.
In this second webinar in our Democracy Innovation Series, curated by DFN’s Democracy Innovation Project, we’ll hear about promising initiatives at the state and local level occurring in red and blue parts of the country. We’ll learn how non-government actors can support innovators within government to deliver better for the American public and, ultimately, for our democracy.
Together, we’ll unpack how cultural and geographic context, civic infrastructure, political champions and collaborative partnerships can align for the greater good.
DFN programs are for funders supporting organizations in the democracy space. If you’re not a funder, please email us at info@democracyfundersnetwork.org to discuss your participation before registering.
